Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley. Brings over 15 years of semiconductor industry experience at SK hynix, ASML, Samsung, and Lam Research. Developed the Edge Placement Error (EPE) improvement methodology for yield analysis and built ML/AI-based yield improvement systems. First place in numerous AI/ML competitions.
