13+ charts (wafermap 2D/3D, vectormap, field map, dies-in-spec, correlation rank, …) tuned to wafer and field coordinate systems.

Selection chain across charts
Brush, Ctrl+Click and Union selections flow into downstream charts so trend → boxplot → wafermap → vectormap stays a single thread.

Bookmarkable dashboards and report export
Save data tree, time range, chart composition and filters as a bookmark; export individual charts as PNG/GIF and the whole dashboard as a docx report.

Adds multimodal chart interpretation and natural-language query on top of Lite's BI, generating a first-pass reading in the same view.
