SemiAI Unveils Agentic AI Technology for Semiconductor Manufacturing at 'Semicon Taiwan 2026'

In particular, we introduce the 'Multi-Peer Agent Architecture,' in which multiple AI agents specializing in analyzing different data—such as processes, equipment, measurements, and defects—collaborate.
